How early should I come to my appointment?
Please arrive no sooner than 5 minutes before your appointment.
What is your cancellation policy?
Cancelling your appointment within 72 hours will result in the card on file being charged the full rate of the service.
What if I'm late to my appointment?
If you are more than 20 minutes late without notice, your appointment will be cancelled, and your card will be charged the full amount of the service. If you are late with notice, your appointment will be the duration of the time booked. No extra time will be allotted.
Do you accept walk-ins?
No. Clients are accepted by appointment only.
