We specialize in pain management, body maintenance and recovery, utilizing a mix of Eastern and Western modalities such as Trigger Point therapy, Swedish, Deep Tissue, Medical Massage, Sports, Thai Massage, Pre and Post-Natal care and Reflexology. Meet Tiara
My passion for the arts and helping others led me to a career in massage. As a dancer first, I realized how disconnected we can become from our bodies due to the day-to-day stress we take on and it's all too easy to let it accumulate. I find great joy in helping people unearth their release and rediscover their connection to their bodies.
My specialization is pain management and relaxation techniques, utilizing a mix of both Eastern and Western modalities such as Swedish, Deep Tissue, Trigger Point, Sports Massage, Thai Massage and Reflexology.
